During our recent stay at The Quay Hotel West Coast, we were kinda surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The hotel provided all the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the effort made to keep the rooms clean and well-prepared. The ambience of the hotel was also quite excellent upon checking in.

This hotel was a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, although far away from the city center, was convenient for those needing to be near NUS or the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The rooms were cozy and had all the basic amenities, including air conditioning and a shower. The toiletries were in good condition and the hotel even provided a 7-11 nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the bedding and the quantity of pillows were perfect. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice hairdryer and a cute-sized fridge in our room. The air conditioning was perfect and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. The staff were responsive and responsible, always ready to assist us. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was near two bus stops that could take us anywhere in the city. the hotel was close to eateries, including a variety of different types of restaurants within a 100m radius.
